Membership Policy

1. DLP Disability Destinations Membership

1.1. DLP Disability Destinations operates the website https://dlp.disabilitydestinations.com and provides both Free and Premium memberships to support guests planning accessible trips to Disneyland Paris.

1.2. These terms and conditions outline the basis on which we offer memberships, including access to exclusive tools, forums, giveaways, and digital content.

1.3. Please read these terms carefully before signing up. By registering, you agree to be bound by them. We recommend saving a copy for your records.

1.4. On the membership signup page, you must tick a box confirming that you have read and accepted these terms and agree to our Privacy Policy. You will not be able to proceed without doing so.

1.5. By joining, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are at least 18 years old.

1.6. DLP Disability Destinations reserves the right to update these terms at any time by posting revised versions on our website. Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1.7. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your membership.


2. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

2.1. Premium membership is a subscription service and will renew automatically on a monthly basis.

2.2. For monthly memberships, renewal occurs on the same calendar day each month. If you sign up on a date not present in a future month (e.g. 31st), renewal will occur on the closest day to your sign-up date.

2.3. You can view your membership details, renewal date, and plan type at https://dlp.disabilitydestinations.com/membership-account/. Please note that we do not send out renewal reminders.

2.4. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Cancel” within the membership area. Alternatively, email DLP@disabilitydestinations.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership” and include your account Email address and full name as listed on your account.

2.5. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent within 5 working days.

2.6. Your access to Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2.7. DLP Disability Destinations may contact you post-cancellation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


3. Consumer Rights

3.1. You are entitled to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund. This cooling-off period does not apply to renewals.

3.2. If you cancel within this window, your access to Premium features will end immediately, and your membership will be refunded in full.

3.3. No refunds will be given after the 14-day period, unless required by law.


4. Payment & Pricing

4.1. The membership price will be stated clearly on the website at the point of purchase.

4.2. We may adjust pricing periodically, but changes will not take effect until at least 30 days after we notify you by email.

4.3. Payments are processed via debit/credit card or third-party providers such as PayPal. Charges will occur at signup and upon each renewal.

4.4. Non-payment may result in restricted access to member features.

4.5. We are not responsible for any banking fees incurred as a result of recurring payments.

4.6. Payments for DLP Disability Destinations memberships are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment provider. Stripe is PCI-compliant and handles all transactions using industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment details are protected.

We do not store or have access to your full payment information on our servers. Stripe manages billing details, including your payment method, recurring charges, and any payment failures.

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method at signup and on each renewal date unless cancelled beforehand. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge automatically. If payment continues to fail, your membership access may be paused or cancelled.

5. Member Benefits

5.1. Members gain access to exclusive content, including digital downloads, forum access, giveaway entries, and planning tools.

5.2. Certain benefits may have their own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of use.

5.3. Benefits may change or be withdrawn at any time. We will update the website with the most current information available.

5.4. New benefits added after you join will also be available to you for the duration of your active membership.


6. Proof of Membership

6.1. Some member content or giveaway participation may require proof of an active membership.

6.2. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access may result in termination without refund.

6.3. If we detect misuse, we reserve the right to cancel the membership without notice.


7. Liability

7.1. Our liability is limited to the cost of your membership.

7.2. DLP Disability Destinations is not responsible for the experience provided by third-party partners or any disputes arising from their offerings.

7.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any third-party content or services mentioned on our platform.


8. Promotional Memberships

8.1. From time to time, we may offer discounted memberships via third-party campaigns. These offers are for new members only and are subject to individual terms stated at the time of purchase.

8.2. Unless otherwise stated, these promotional memberships renew automatically at the full standard rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8.3. You may change or cancel your plan at any time via your membership dashboard or by emailing dlp@disabilitydestinations.com before your next renewal.
