How Can We Help?
Disabled Viewing Areas for Shows and Parades at Disneyland Paris
1. What Is the Disabled Viewing Area?
The Disabled Viewing Area is a reserved section for guests with mobility, disability, or neurodiverse needs to enjoy parades and shows with reduced crowding. It offers step-free access, space for mobility aids, and a clearer view without the need to stand for long periods.
2. Locations
Parades (Disney Stars on Parade): marked blue on the map linked below
- Disneyland Park: Typically located in Central Plaza (in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle) and near it’s a small world. Exact locations can vary—check with Cast Members or the park accessibility map on the day.
Nighttime Show (Disney Illuminations): marked redon the map linked below
- Disneyland Park: A reserved area in Central Plaza with a direct view of the Castle. It is bordered and monitored by Cast Members.
Be sure to get to the viewing around 30 minutes prior for parades and 60 minutes prior for the show as spaces fill up fast

3. Requirements for Entry
- You must have a Priority Card issued by Disneyland Paris.
- Only the cardholder plus up to two companions are permitted inside. This is to ensure enough space for all eligible guests.
- Arrive 15–30 minutes before the start, spaces are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Limitations
- Spaces can fill quickly, especially for the nighttime show during peak seasons.
- While the area is less crowded, it is not completely quiet, expect music, announcements, and crowd noise from surrounding areas.
- The view may be partially obstructed if you arrive late and are placed toward the back.
- These areas are standing or seated in your own mobility aid, chairs are not provided for companions without mobility needs.
5. Tips for Best Use
- Identify the location earlier in the day and plan your route there to avoid last-minute stress.
- Bring any sensory aids (ear defenders, sunglasses) if you are sensitive to loud sounds or bright lights.
- If you are unsure on what time to arrive at a viewing area speak to a cast member earlier in the day they will advise on the best time.
