Easy Access Card (Easy Access Pass) — Disneyland Paris

Easy Access Card (Easy Access Pass) — Disneyland Paris

What Is It?

The Easy Access Card (also known as the Easy Access Pass) is available to guests with a medically certified long‑term chronic illness. It offers a timed reservation system that allows easier access to attractions without having to queue physically for long periods.

Who Is Eligible?

  • Guests with a recognized chronic disease or a long-term condition listed by Disneyland Paris’ health authorities, a full list can be found here – Illness List.
  • You must present a medical certificate:
    • Signed by a licensed doctor,
    • Issued within three months of your visit,
    • Stating you have a long-term condition that affects your ability to queue.
  • No official disability documentation is required, only the medical certificate and ID.

How It Works

  1. Request On Arrival
The card is issued in person, either at Guest Services in the parks or at your Disney Hotel reception; no online pre‑registration is available for this pass.
  2. Timed Return System
At each attraction, show your card and receive an appointment timeslot for when you should return, matching the estimated wait time.
  3. Use Premier Access or Exit Lane
When you return, enter via the designated Premier Access lane or attraction exit, usually clearly marked with the MagicAll accessibility logo.
  4. One Active Slot at a Time
You can’t book a second return time until your current one has expired.

What It Covers

The Easy Access Card can be used for:

  • Most poolable attractions, rides, and shows.
  • Premier Access lanes, not character meet-and-greets.
  • Restaurants and shops as queue relief at select counters.
  • Information desks and special queue zones in convenience stores and dining areas.

Accompanying Guests

  • You can be accompanied by up to four guests (depending on the attraction).
  • Unlike the Priority Card, there’s no discount on entry tickets or restaurant items with the Easy Access Pass.

What It Does Not Provide

  • No access to discounted ticket pricing.
  • Does not apply to character meet-and-greets or parades/fireworks access.
  • No access to special viewing areas for shows or fireworks.

Booking & Pickup Tips

  • The Easy Access Card is requested on arrival, not online.
  • Bring your signed, dated medical certificate (within 3 months) and official photo ID.
  • If staying at a Disney Hotel, collect the pass at the reception; otherwise, visit Guest Services in the parks.
  • Always have your card ready, Cast Members will check it at each attraction or venue.

Pro Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Use the Easy Access Trail routes marked on DLP maps for quicker mobility and lower physical exertion.
  • If your needs change, ask a Cast Member about upgrading to the Priority Card, which offers additional benefits (including ticket discounts).
  • Share details of your condition discreetly with staff when booking so they can match you with the best services and support.
