Disneyland Paris Special Assistance Team

What is the Special Assistance Team?

The Special Assistance Team at Disneyland Paris is dedicated to supporting guests with disabilities or additional needs throughout their stay. Their role is to make the entire experience as smooth, comfortable, and inclusive as possible, from planning and booking through to on-site assistance.

This team operates under the MagicALL program, which is Disneyland Paris’s accessibility and inclusion initiative.

What Do They Do?

Accessibility Planning and Booking Support

  • Assist with bookings that require adapted rooms, equipment, dietary requests, and other specific needs
  • Help guests understand and apply for the correct access card (Priority Card or Easy Access Card)
  • Support guests with sensory sensitivities, mobility needs, or health conditions during pre-arrival planning

On-Site Guest Assistance

  • Issue and manage access cards from Guest Services or the hotel reception
  • Provide accessibility maps and advice on step-free routes and quieter park areas
  • Help with equipment such as hearing kits, pool hoists, shower chairs, or visual alarm systems
  • Guide guests to accessible toilets, changing places, and first aid support when needed

Staff Coordination and Safety

  • Train Cast Members across the parks, hotels, attractions, and restaurants to support guests with accessibility needs
