What Is It?
The Priority Card is a free service provided to guests with a recognized long-term disability. It offers priority access to rides, shows, parades, character meet-and-greets, and select shops and restaurants, helping reduce waiting times and improve comfort throughout your visit.

- Any valid medical or legal proof of long-term disability.
- These documents will vary depending on your country and a full list of accepted documents can be found when applying for the Access Card, if you would like to see what documents are accepted before applying you can do so on page 2 of the application process, select next on the Priority Card Request page and then select your country from the drop down menu – Priority Card Request Page

- For restaurants and select shops, the card provides priority queuing or assistance when needed.

Disneyland Paris Priority Card Colours & Their Meaning
When obtaining a Priority Card at Disneyland Paris, you answer a brief questionnaire about your mobility and evacuation needs. Based on your responses, a colour code is assigned to your card to accurately reflect your autonomy level and help Cast Members assist you appropriately.
Colour Codes & Meanings
Green – Fully Autonomous
- You have no mobility issues and do not require assistance.
- You can board, disembark, and evacuate independently or with your group.
Purple – Independent with Reduced Mobility
- You may use a wheelchair or have mobility challenges, but can transfer and evacuate safely unassisted or with support from your companions.
Orange – Requires Assistance
- You have some mobility and evacuation limitations that require support from a Cast Member or companion during emergencies.
Blue – Non‑Autonomous Mobility Needs
- You need significant assistance for movement and evacuation; you may require support from trained staff or evacuation teams.
Grey – Non‑Transferable or Very Limited Mobility
- You cannot transfer or evacuate independently and may require emergency services for evacuation. This level may restrict the use of many attractions.
Why These Colours Matter
- They help Cast Members quickly assess your needs and provide appropriate support, especially for safety or evacuation.
- Some attractions may have restrictions based on your colour, as evacuation or transfers might be required.
- These codes do not affect the standard benefits of the Priority Card, like priority access or discounts, but ensure your experience remains safe and tailored to your needs.
