Disability Access Services Explained
Disneyland Paris offers several services designed to support guests with disabilities or accessibility needs:
Disability Access Service (DAS)
This service helps guests who have difficulty waiting in traditional queues due to sensory, cognitive, or mobility challenges. Guests register at Guest Relations and receive a DAS card, allowing them to book return times for attractions and enter via a shorter queue, reducing wait times and sensory overload.
Easy Access Pass
Designed for guests with mobility impairments, this pass provides easier entry to attractions, often using the exit lane or alternative access points to avoid long queues.
Priority Card
Issued to guests who may require additional assistance, such as those with chronic illnesses or temporary injuries. It grants similar benefits to DAS and Easy Access Pass, depending on individual needs.
Assistance Dog Policy
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout Disneyland Paris, including queues, attractions, and restaurants. Guests should inform Guest Services upon arrival to receive guidance.
