Mobility Suitability

  • Wheelchair Use: Guests must transfer from a wheelchair to the ride vehicle is required
  • Boarding:
    • Guests must step into a low-seated vehicle with over-the-shoulder restraints, there is a height difference between the dock and the ride vehicle
    • A small step and limited space inside the vehicle can make transfers challenging
    • Cast Members are available to assist, but guests should be comfortable with the physical transfer
    • Transfer is limited to a maximum time of 45 seconds
  • Storage: Wheelchairs and mobility aids are left with ride attendants and returned after the ride

Priority & Easy Access Card Information

Guests with a Priority Card or Easy Access Card can use the dedicated accessible entrance to bypass the main queue.

How to Access It:

  1. From the main Hyperspace Mountain entrance in Discoveryland, approach the accessible pathway located behind Nautilis.
  2. This step-free route leads through an alternate queue, bypassing some of the tighter sections of the standard line
  3. Present your Priority or Easy Access Card to the Cast Member for direct access to the boarding area

Queue Conditions:

  • Mostly indoors, dimly lit, and themed as a Rebel base and Star Wars launch bay
  • Some narrow corridors and enclosed spaces
  • Strong visual and audio theming throughout, which may feel overwhelming for some guests
  • Transfer is limited to a maximum time of 45 seconds
