Overview

Disneyland Paris aims to ensure that all guests feel safe and supported during their visit. Whether you have a chronic health condition, need help managing a minor injury, or require a calm space during a sensory episode, first aid and medical services are available throughout the resort. Staff are trained to provide discreet and efficient assistance so you can get back to enjoying your day as quickly as possible.


1. First Aid Locations

Disneyland Park:

  • Located in Main Street, U.S.A. near the entrance to Discovery Arcade (close to the Town Square end).

Walt Disney Studios Park:

  • Near the park entrance, close to Studio Services.

Disney Village:

  • First aid services can be requested from security or staff at World of Disney or the Panoramagique balloon area.

2. What Services Are Available

  • Basic first aid treatment for minor injuries, heat exhaustion, or dizziness.
  • Cold packs, bandages, and basic over-the-counter pain relief (subject to staff discretion).
  • Support with contacting emergency medical services if needed.

3. Medication Storage

  • First aid locations can store medication that requires refrigeration for the day.
  • Medication must be in clearly labelled packaging with your name and dosage instructions.
  • Proof of medical need (such as your Priority Card or relevant documentation) may be requested.

4. Mobility & Medical Equipment Assistance

  • If your mobility aid needs urgent repair, Cast Members can connect you with a local repair service.
  • Limited spare wheelchairs may be available as a temporary solution.

5. Emergency Procedures

  • Alert the nearest Cast Member in a medical emergency, they can radio for first aid or security immediately.
  • Emergency vehicles have direct access to backstage routes for rapid response.

6. Accessibility & Sensory Tips

  • All first aid stations are step-free and include quiet rooms for guests needing a calm environment during a medical or sensory episode.
  • If you have complex medical needs, consider stopping by a first aid location early in your trip to familiarise yourself with the facilities and staff.
