How Can We Help?
Best Ride Times & Queue Strategies for Guests with Mobility, Disability, or Neurodiverse Needs at Disneyland Paris
Make the Most of Early Magic Hour
- If staying at an official Disney hotel, use Early Magic Hour to experience the most popular rides before the main crowds arrive.
- Prioritise Peter Pan’s Flight, Big Thunder Mountain, and Ratatouille: The Adventure during this time, these have some of the longest waits later in the day.
2. Use the Disneyland Paris App to Monitor Queues
- The app provides real-time wait times, check before moving to an attraction to avoid unnecessary walking or wheeling.
- Focus on rides with consistently short waits if you need to minimise queuing (e.g., Phantom Manor, it’s a small world, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast).
3. Priority Card Access
- The Priority Card allows guests with eligible needs to use adapted entrances or return at a scheduled time without waiting in the main queue.
- Some rides require boarding via an alternative entrance, ask Cast Members for guidance.
4. Best Times to Ride Popular Attractions
- Immediately at park opening or during major shows/parades, queues are shortest.
- Lunchtime (12–1 PM) often sees reduced waits as many guests are eating.
- Late evening (after 8 PM in summer) can be quieter, especially for rides far from the parade route.
5. Sensory Considerations in Queues
- Some queues are noisy, dark, or have special effects, ear defenders, sunglasses, or small comfort items can help.
- If waiting is difficult, choose rides with fast-moving queues or that allow seated waiting via the Priority Card return system.
6. Avoiding Bottlenecks
- Avoid queuing for attractions near parade or show routes right before they start, crowds can make access difficult.
- Use side pathways to approach attractions from less busy directions.
