PYM Kitchen Accessibility and Guest Information

How can guests request special assistance or accommodations when booking?

Guests can request special assistance when booking online or by contacting Disneyland Paris Special Assistance before their visit. Assistance can also be arranged by informing a Cast Member upon arrival.

Are assistance dogs allowed inside the restaurant?

Yes, assistance dogs are welcome and must remain with their handler at all times.

Are menus available in accessible formats (e.g., braille, large print, digital)?

Large print menus are available upon request. Digital menus can be accessed via mobile devices. Braille menus may be available in limited supply—advance notice is recommended.


Information For Wheelchair Accessibility

Is PYM Kitchen Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes. The restaurant has step-free access from Avengers Campus.

Is the seating wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The dining area has wide aisles, free-standing tables, and movable chairs to accommodate wheelchair users.

Are the buffet/service counters wheelchair accessible?
Partially. As a buffet restaurant, some counters may be at a height that is challenging for certain wheelchair users. Cast Members are available to assist with serving food.

Are there disabled toilets within the restaurant?
Yes. Accessible toilets with step-free access, transfer space, handrails, and an accessible wash basin are available inside the venue.


Information For Neurodivergent Accessibility

Is the restaurant suitable for those with neurodivergent needs?
Partially. The high-tech theming includes bright lighting, special effects, and background music, which some guests may find overstimulating. Quieter seating can be requested if available.

Does the restaurant offer any equipment to assist with neurodivergent needs?
No dedicated sensory equipment is provided.

Does the restaurant offer a fast pass or priority seating system?
No fast pass, but guests with a Priority Card can arrange adapted seating or queueing through Special Assistance.


Dietary Information

Does the restaurant cater to dietary requirements?
Yes. The buffet includes vegetarian and vegan options, and gluten-free or allergy-friendly alternatives can be arranged. Guests should inform Cast Members of any dietary needs when booking or on arrival.


Special Assistance Services

Can food be brought to the table for guests who cannot carry trays?
Yes. Cast Members will assist with delivering food to the table if needed.

Can guests bring their own food for medical needs?
Yes, guests may bring medically required food with prior approval from Disneyland Paris Special Assistance.
