Emergency Procedures for Guests with Disabilities

Safety is a top priority at Disneyland Paris. Knowing the emergency procedures and available support can help ensure a secure visit.

What to Do in an Emergency

  • Follow instructions from cast members and emergency personnel promptly.
  • Emergency alarms may include flashing lights and audible signals; if you have sensory sensitivities, notify Guest Services ahead of time for assistance plans.

Assistance During Evacuation

  • Guests with mobility impairments or other disabilities may request assistance with evacuation. Cast members are trained to help safely evacuate guests requiring support.
  • Notify Guest Services upon arrival or when registering for Disability Access Services to discuss any specific evacuation needs.

Designated Evacuation Areas

  • Designated safe zones for guests with disabilities are available throughout the parks and resorts. Staff will guide guests to these areas as needed.

Communication Aids

  • If you have communication needs, inform Guest Services so staff can provide alternative communication methods during emergencies.

Personal Emergency Plans

  • Consider preparing a personal emergency plan, including emergency contacts and any medical information. Carry identification and alert cards if applicable.

Accessibility of Emergency Facilities

  • First aid stations are fully accessible and staffed with trained medical personnel.
  • Accessible transportation may be arranged in an emergency.
