Disability Access Services

  • Visit Guest Relations at the park entrance or hotels for Disability Access Service (DAS), Easy Access Pass, and Priority Card registrations.
  • Guest Relations can also assist with booking and accessibility inquiries.

Medical Assistance and First Aid

  • First Aid Stations are located throughout the parks and Disney Hotels.
  • For emergencies, dial 112 (Europe-wide emergency number) or seek the nearest cast member.
