Are there accessible changing rooms or counters in the Disneyland Hotel shops?

The boutique at the Disneyland Hotel Paris is wheelchair accessible and includes low counters designed for ease of use by guests with reduced mobility. However, dedicated changing rooms are not typically available within the hotel boutique.

Counter Accessibility

The checkout area includes lowered service counters that are accessible to guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids. These counters allow seated guests to interact comfortably with cast members during purchases, returns, or inquiries. The open layout around the counter also provides ample space for turning and positioning mobility equipment.

Staff are attentive and happy to assist if you need help with payments, handling items, or carrying purchases.

Changing Room Availability

Unlike some larger retail locations in Disney Village or the theme parks, the boutique at the Disneyland Hotel does not usually include full-size changing rooms for trying on clothing. Most of the items sold in the hotel shop are souvenirs, accessories, or ready-to-wear items like children’s costumes, which do not typically require fitting.

If you do need to check sizing or try something on, for example, a costume or jacket, cast members may be able to assist or offer advice on sizing without needing a fitting room. For guests needing accessible changing facilities for medical reasons, you may wish to return to your hotel room, where space and privacy are guaranteed.

Summary

The boutique at the Disneyland Hotel includes accessible checkout counters and a step-free layout, but does not typically offer changing rooms. Guests requiring fitting options or more space may prefer to try on items in the comfort of their room or visit larger stores in the resort with designated fitting areas.
