Accessible Toilet & Changing Facilities at Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris has accessible toilets throughout its parks and two dedicated adult changing facilities with specialist equipment. If you or someone in your group needs a hoist, a changing bed, help from a companion or additional space for personal care, knowing the difference is essential to planning a comfortable visit.

Adult changing rooms: where to find them

The resort has dedicated changing rooms at the following locations:

Disneyland Park: the First Aid Centre on Main Street, U.S.A. This facility has a hoist system, a height-adjustable changing bed and accessible sanitary facilities.

Disney Adventure World: near Café Luminosity , on Adventure Way. Disney lists a hoist system, an adapted seat, accessible sanitary facilities and a shower.

These are in different parks . The Disney Adventure World facility is not in Adventureland at Disneyland Park, and the Main Street First Aid Centre is not near “it's a small world” in Fantasyland.

Not specified does not mean unavailable. In particular, do not assume both rooms have the same changing bed or transfer arrangements.

Are they Changing Places toilets?

Disneyland Paris calls these facilities adult changing rooms . Although both have specialist equipment, Disney's published descriptions do not confirm that either room meets every requirement of the UK Changing Places standard. A standard accessible toilet should not be assumed to have a hoist or an adult changing bed.

If you need a particular hoist, sling connection, weight limit, changing-bed size or transfer space, contact Disneyland Paris before travelling. Disney's public facility descriptions do not supply all of those specifications.

Accessible toilets elsewhere in the parks

Accessible toilets are provided across Disneyland Paris. Use the resort's current accessibility maps and guides to identify a practical option near the attractions, restaurants and shows you plan to visit.

Map symbols help you locate facilities, but they do not establish the side of transfer, cubicle dimensions, location of grab rails or whether there is enough space for a companion to assist. Where any of these details is essential, check with Disney in advance or ask a Cast Member on arrival.

Planning a visit around personal care

Find the dedicated changing room in your chosen park before heading to distant attractions.

Build reasonable travel time into your day if someone needs assistance or changing at regular intervals.

Check that the hoist, seat or changing bed meets the person's individual needs rather than relying on the wheelchair-accessible symbol alone.

Plan a suitable alternative in case the nearest ordinary accessible toilet does not meet your requirements.

If your ticket allows only one park, make sure the changing facility you need is inside that park.
